Where Can I Rent A Thermal Camera

The departure of two great writers and intellectuals join us in sorrow, but also reminds us that the works he wrote are indestructible.
's death, and painful, is untimely and leaves many loose ends. When leaving this life is a writer, his readers will feel abandoned and invaded by a series of feelings of guilt, among which remorse for not having read all his books.
In the case of José Saramago and Carlos Monsivais, the sadness comes from the fact of having no more among us who were somehow the moral conscience of his time. The first never stopped being a communist in a world that seemed rather to be an anachronism. As such, Saramago fought a series of powers, including the Church. The second, from a separate, distinguished himself as a chronicler of the everyday life of Mexican art and popular characters, as well as for his fierce criticism against abuse of power. According to the poet José Emilio Pacheco, was the only writer "that people recognize in the street."
Apart from this, what they had in common and Carlos Monsivais Jose Saramago? I should have chosen writing as a way of combating a pest in the world: ignorance. Both were convinced that the books gave wisdom and that helped us understand the mess that sometimes tends to fall humanity. The two, in addition to the combative journalism, developed a full wording of humor and fierce intelligence. "The real power is economic, then it makes no sense to speak of democracy," said Saramago. "Everyone has the right to freedom of expression, but not while spending on TV commercials," wrote Monsivais.
The Portuguese made his literary career a little late, between 60 and 80 years. The first book I read it was The Gospel According to Jesus Christ, a controversial novel that earned him criticism from more conservative sectors of Catholicism. But it was a result of Blindness I started to read it more often. In 2002 I saw him walking in the distance by one of the halls of the Madrid Book Fair. Stood by Salman Rushide pursued. Then he vanished into the crowd.
De Monsivais I read a lot of reviews and essays in magazines such as Letras Libres, Black Label and national and foreign newspapers. It was actually an omniscient author, wrote books, published articles and is frequently exposed to television cameras. It was what is called an oracle. In 2008 he was invited to the 4 ª Feria del Libro de Trujillo. Julio Villanueva Chang interviewed him about the relationship between chronic and political power. At the end of his speech, the interviewer gave him an old ticket with the face of César Vallejo. I was near him and heard him say: "Thank you. In Mexico it is common to see the face of Octavio Paz on a ticket, "he said smiling. Then, as José Saramago, was lost in the crowd of Mansiche. The presence of the Mexican writer actually went unnoticed in Trujillo. The unexpected disappearance of these two great literature leaves readers with the sadness on his back and with a debt multiplied: books not read while they lived. Fortunately, the works outlive men and so we are given a second chance on earth. Goodbye, teacher. Henceforth his readers will miss a lot.

COMMITTED TO ENHANCING THE CAPACITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Justice and Public Administration. This is the name of government department Basque address. And yet it could be longer if we add the other two Sub-Department which includes: Department of Justice, Public Administration, Legal System and Civil Service. To pick it would require practically a card in widescreen format, but people even identified, mostly, as the Minister of Justice. For economy of words. And because that seems to be at and done, our legs over the media.

This fits a phrase, a familiar metaphor like "I love all my children equally, I have no predilection for one in particular." It's true. But it is that much of our efforts and hopes are focused on dynamic in revitalizing public administration by creating a culture of innovation, collaboration and responsiveness to citizen needs. And what better day than this to insist on it?

On December 20, 2002, the General Assembly of the United Nations, noting the need to strengthen administrative capacity building and public sector management, appointed this June 23 United Nations Day for Public Administration. The decision was part of the importance of improving the administration with a view to achieving the internationally agreed development goals, including those contained in the Millennium Declaration.

And, at this day, it should be noted that only through strong public institutions can provide education, health, culture, security, social cohesion and, in general, access for all to public services quality. And at this juncture, before the crisis caused by speculation in financial markets, it is more necessary than ever renewed commitment to public values.

This crisis has revealed that markets do not solve it all, it is essential to public intervention in the general interest and benefit, especially the most vulnerable. Strong public institutions, full of democratic legitimacy are the best guarantors of solidarity with the people who suffer most directly the consequences of the economic crisis. And are those that ensure access, under equal conditions, to services that allow a decent life.

But public institutions should be also exemplary in their performance, ensuring at all times for the quality and appropriateness of services, and making efficient use of public resources. Recognizing this, the Basque Government is firmly committed to good governance of the public. Proof of this is the government initiative open, based on the principles of transparency, participation and collaboration. Also serve this purpose of good governance public innovation strategy and eGovernment, which aims to transform the public administration to offer citizens quality services through the efficient use of public resources.

Moreover, our government recently unveiled its schedule of plans, all under the umbrella of common strategic objectives: a Euskadi of free citizens, solidarity, sustainable and competitive.

only from a strong public institutions can be achieved these goals. So today I reiterate my commitment to strengthening the administrative capacity and management of the public administration of Euskadi as a factor of national competitiveness and quality of life for citizens.

How To Clean Perfume Atomizer

THIS COUNTRY IS NOT FOR STRIKES

First things sensed. Then I started noticing its accuracy for subsequent experience in my flesh, and, today, suffer. In my circumstance, as in many other people, it is really hard to reconcile work, family and virtual. At the moment, and given that the previous post is dated April 12, it seems clear that the main victim has been this blog. Fortunately. Even

And it will happen again soon, and the discomfort it causes labor market reform whose curiously, had not yet been defined when it was decided to go on strike.

Apparently, representatives of workers belonging to different acronyms not agree on what day it is more convenient to try to stop the country. "On June 29, with the approval of the decree still fresh? Or better three months later, to coincide with a protest at European level?

I, of course, I have no answer. But I am willing to add a new hypothesis debate. Still, after all, the essence of the uncertainty lies not in the convenience of opting for one or another date, but in the opportunity or desirability of a measure of that caliber, traditionally considered a last resort. Because I never tire of saying, this country is not to strike. Euskadi and, by extension, Spain, are for a collective effort. Think

. Or did anyone think, frankly, to stop the machines will allow us to run into the next day with the body of the crisis that concerns us and concerns? I do not think there is anyone so naive.
